The Freedom Riders: An Epitome of Love for Justice
The Freedom Riders poetic prose is reminiscent of the sacrifice that these men were making.
The same mercy that I could only desire to walk and be a part The mission to bring the love into the hearts of humanity The combination of white men and black men Young adults for a cause that is overbearing hatred The meaning of separation of the races that God never intended It was the humans who instituted this separation many years ago At The Tower of Babel well To ascend to heaven in an illegal fashion. Poof they go As God blows His smoke Taking his marijuana toke Apostasy Enough for you and me
I recently wrote a song titled Deep Shame that was given to me by God and inspired through my prayers at the sea, on the ocean, on the Pacific. As I prayed, the Lord gave me this song in July of 2026 as the shock of the nation was horrific and carried out in the accusations of the people involved in the Nolan Wells case.
This song Deep Shame was given to me as a burden of prayer and anguish on the sea. It was massive the emotion I felt as I sang a song of great sorrow. I believe this is the heart of God in this matter.
I am inviting you to listen and to capture, to catch the momentum of the message of Deep Shame that we shall not, and we should not be a society that regresses into condemnation. However, we should rise to the occasion and love each other despite the situation. There is so much more to uncover as we discover love.
Peace,
Shirah Chante
PS. Listen to my new single Deep Shame that inspires a message of hope and forgiveness.
